Drive efforts in understanding student persistence trends, risk factors and customer effort/satisfaction. Oversight of academic advising, 125+ team across 3 US operational sites.

Responsible for setting the strategic direction for Walden University’s enrollment efforts, 30k+ annual new enrollments. Led a team of over 325 employees across 3 US operational sites including enrollment, admissions, operations, training and quality management

Led the development of a new department from 1 to 12, capitalizing on marketing and enrollment analytics to provide insights and recommendations to leadership. Created the core set of key performance indicators for enrollment management, which included funnel progression, productivity, and conversion trends.

 Focus on growing existing and establishing new strategically important relationships with corporate, government, and non-profit entities Provide professional opportunities for all Smith students and market the students, curricular programs, research centers, and faculty research of the Smith community. Assume an active role with student affinity and industry clubs and attend annual career conferences as appropriate Create and execute marketing communication efforts on behalf of the department.
