• Hazardous Waste (HW) Program Manager, Solid Waste Program Manager, and P2 Program Manager; ensures compliance of 75 Initial Accumulation Points (IAPs), 31 Petroleum-Contaminated Wastes (PCW) Sites, and 2 Central.
• Ensure accuracy of waste streams through sampling and Safety Data Sheet reviews for compliance with Large Quantity Generator waste documentation requirements from RCRA and TCEQ.
• Accept waste container turn-ins at Central HWAS and input containers into the EESOH-MIS.
• Package and ship waste containers at the Central HWAS; coordinates with the DLA – DS and verifies waste manifests for signature by the Environmental Contracting Officer’s Representative.
• Conduct annual IAP and HWAS compliance inspections and PCW Site assistance visits.
• Manage Universal Waste Facility; manages turn-in process of fluorescent lamps, paint, batteries, PCW, and used oil for disposal by Sheppard AFB waste generators.

• Ensured wastewater discharge permit compliance through daily management of the Wastewater Program, including compiling sampling and discharge data, submitting semi-annual discharge monitoring report, and ensuring base.
• Coordinated sampling and monitoring of wastewater and toxic substances in accordance with permits and regulations.
• Maintained Management Internal Control Toolset (MICT) database for Wastewater, Drinking Water, and Asbestos for Base Level Stage 2 checklists and was the alternate Shop Level Stage 1 checklist administrator.
• Ensured base projects complied with Wastewater, Storm Water, Lead-based Paint, Asbestos, and PCB state and federal regulations and Department of Air Force Instructions (DAFIs) and policies.

• Prepared and edited technical documents, including the Asbestos Operations and Management Plan, Lead Management Plan, Integrated Waste Management Plan, and Base-wide Asbestos Survey Performance Work Statement.

Schriever Air Force Base, Colorado

Fort Carson, Colorado, United States

• Conducted monthly environmental compliance assessments and daily site assistance visits for 10 military units on Fort Carson Army Post to ensure compliance with all environmental regulations and permits.
• Taught training to 100 soldiers and civilians for the monthly Environmental Protection Officer (EPO) Course, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Awareness, and Spill/Emergency Response.
• Provided technical assistance for RCRA, Storm Water, P2, Storage Tanks, Air Quality, and Environmental Performance Assessment System (EPAS) environmental programs.
• Ensured military unit compliance for the annual EPA storm water inspection and the annual Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) RCRA inspection.
