While onboarding to the business, I had the opportunity to create, trial and build 3 new roles for our Ambient Supply Chain: the Senior Site Engineer, the Process Engineer and the Quality Engineer.We launched the roles in several Distribution Centers across the nation to create a technical team to drive out losses, eliminate root cause and redesign the nature of our work.We introduced a new way of working. Led the production and distribution of IAMS dry Dog and Cat food.On a foundation of TPM principles, we built a high performing team that was able to respond to customer demands, market changes and innovation with ease.Together, we drove improvements across Safety, Quality, Customer Service and Efficiency. Driving true Associate Engagement and Business Acumen were key unlocks to the success of the team and the brand.
