Current• Created an IT Project Management department from the ground up and grew the department to include 3 additional PMs• Evolved and expanded the Software Testing Quality Control department to increase testing efficiency• Manage, grow, and train project managers and software testers, and assist in managing the team of 20 software developers, including administering bi-monthly evaluations to evaluate previous project deadlines and set new goals• Coordinate & manage the various parts of projects throughout the entire life-cycle: Work with Product Owners and UX to collect objectives, and then develop user stories with detailed acceptance criteria and other project specifications. Work with software developers and follow the project through to completion to release a quality minimum viable product by defined deadlines. Continue with additional sprints for enhancements or bug fixes. Manage the project from all angles to confirm big picture is being achieved while facilitating communication between all parties involved.• Act as a liaison between non-technical employees and software developers• Coordinate annual product line releases with strict deadlines• Reproduce and solve customer problems• Test, track and document bugs and suggest end-user fixes• Create and maintain software testing documentation, including technical flowcharts• Constantly work to improve current programs by proposing new end-user features or enhancements to the UI• Developed and adopted internal processes for utilizing GitLab for IT workflows, including software development, project management, software testing, and time tracking for employee management• Developed and adopted processes to utilize MatterMost teams for the entire company• Developed and executed a plan to replace internally created employment and applicant management systems with the 3rd party HR Systems, including BambooHR and SkillSurvey• Earlier job duties included assisting in HR, and assisting the VP
