Programming, assisting, scheduling and booking of all room usage and activities, which may include:• Adult and children's cooking classes• Community events and meetings• In-store and in-company usage• Business or corporate meetings• Special events and parties, including kid's birthday parties• Charity fundraisersProduction of two, 6 month cooking school brochures which includes:• Brochure and program development- sourcing, scheduling and screen teachers, chefs and resource people• copy of brochure for production according to production guidelines and time deadlinesAdministration of community room operations which includes:• Monitor and answer all voice mail and customer inquiries in a timely, professional fashion• Provide procedural information, maintenance of records for booking(s), scheduling and invoicing of all user groups, classes• Signing off and submitting for payment, invoices for all teachers, class assistants and other subcontracted personnel while maintaining Federal Privacy Policy protection with all records• Co-coordinators do not have the authority to change the rate of pay for any assistants, chefs or subcontracted personnel using the room. All requests should be made to Carmen Jeffrey • Act as a liaison with scheduled chefs, teachers, etc. with regard to classes, recipes, costing and shopping beforehand• Schedule, supervise cooking class assistants• Accountable for all classes and community events, ensuring proper room usage and Execution of Cooking School operation within the store, Promotion of 'Cooking School’ activities• In-store cooking demos• In-store and community distribution of brochures• Maintenance of up-to-date signage and community calendar• Implementation of in-store promotional and marketing activities, participation in community promotional activities where appropriate• Development of mailing list• Weekly/Monthly store meeting to discuss upcoming/results of events or classes
