• Created the Ladies With Lenses channel in 2014 to highlight exceptional short-form films made by female filmmakers on Vimeo.com. • Leads booking, programming, promotion, and hosting of 20 sold-out screenings since 2017, where I facilitated in-person Q&A’s with 4-8 filmmakers at venues such as Brooklyn Academy of Music, The Wing, Museum of the Moving Image, and VICE, exposing approximately 1500 audience members to outstanding films and the female artists behind them. • Curate, art direct and manage the Ladies With Lenses Instagram account.• Hire and direct artists in developing visual branding and the website.• After the monthly screenings gained traction, Vimeo made LWL an official part of their brand. • Write weekly #femalefilmmakerfriday posts for an audience of 170k on Vimeo’s Instagram page.

• Provided support, answered requests and resolved issues for Vimeo users.• Developed creative ideas and collaborated on content design to promote Vimeo Weekend Challenges. The purpose of the Vimeo Weekend Challenge was to encourage filmmakers of all skill levels to create a short film in a weekend around a specific theme. • Identified bugs and organized data from user help forums, including new feature requests. Learned how they were impacting the community and report to the technical team to improve the site.
