Partner with our Talent Innovation Department to lead field support for client sales for the Medix Intelligence℠ model, manage and execute on the implementation of Medix Match® and lead, streamline and organize our product and service offerings for talent and clients.

Responsible for 216 retail accounts and 83 employees. Coordinate new store openings, department remodels, recruit, hire and train employees, complete store audits. Communicate with store managers/account executives on regular basis, negotiate product placement, increase territory total sales by 3.9% above forecast, and adhere to specified metrics including budgeted hours for territory. Report directly to District Manager. Received 2014 Area Supervisor of the Year Award.

Audit accounts, coach merchandisers, hire and train new merchandisers, submit account reports, review metric reports to identify areas of opportunity, create and implement action plans for merchandisers.
