Healthcare is rapidly changing and in desperate need of management capable of bridging communication gaps between clinical and administrative. Growing up with a MD as a parent, I have had the opportunity to observes and understand day to day operations from a clinical aspect. This allows me to optimize my education in Healthcare Management and focus on identifying gaps within a facility/industry and bridge the gap by acting as a translator to both administrative and clinical departments. I hope to work together with people to build a better system focusing on quality and efficiency to produce the best outcomes for not only patients but just as importantly, the doctors.
