Served as a resource to others in resolving highly complex problems using advanced knowledge in Network and Security striving for continual improvement.- Designed, and configured eBGP peering with upstream providers for Internet /IXP/ Cache and Roaming services (Signaling/ Media and Sigtran) in order to advertise and receive prefixes for a better, and efficient traffic path to required destination.- Assisted in the deployment of a new centralized Session Border Controller for 6 Digicel Pacific Markets including Fiji, Tonga, Vanuatu, Nauru, Samoa and PNG using GRE tunnels, VRFs and eBGP routing protocols.- Led a project to configure QOS and Migrated 300+ Cloud Telephony ICT customers from a centralized to decentralized network. This reduced TTL value to gateway by 50%, minimizing the number of hops in between and significantly improving VoIP voice quality.- Identified 25+ vulnerabilities by manually and automatically testing/scanning infrastructure security, partnered with relevant teams to solve vulnerabilities by strengthening security using device hardening, Geo-location based security rules, installing latest patches and upgrades.- Carried out routine failover testing to ensure redundancies are functional, in place for maximum uptime and network is resilient to hardware failures or unforeseen outages.- Manage Digicel’s DPI system for 5 Markets by performing software/ hardware upgrades, configuring, and testing RG policies for traffic identification/ manipulation using Sandscript programming language.- Deployed a bash script to automate bi-daily monitoring and send email alerts for subscriber session / Policy Traffic switch alarms.- Assisted in planning and pre-works required to for business to establish business for IPv6 readiness- Document all projects for future reference.

Facilitated in ensuring seamless integration of Digicel’s existing Internet/IP and Data Infrastructure across the 5 Markets in providing an efficient, homogeneous, autonomous and secure environment.- Configured, deployed, upgraded and administered overall management of Digicel’s enterprise IP Core and IP Edge network.- Lead the successful software upgrades for Checkpoint Multi-domain Management server and Gateways from version R77.30 to R80.30 for Digicel Fiji, Tonga, Vanuatu, Hong Kong and Singapore.- Influenced migration of an EOL standalone deployment of Checkpoint Server by upgrading and migrating the R75.40 virtual standalone server to R80.30 Multi-domain environment with a HA-setup.- Examined and improved design of a layer two ICT customer Device Management network by deploying a Layer three point-to-point and point-to-multipoint IP network over MPLS using BGP Routing protocol. This solved occasional spanning tree loops and reduced downtime for ICT customers. Improving customer experience and meeting business SLA’s.- Oversaw day-to-day BAU (Configure/ Troubleshoot/ deploy) of IP networks for Digicel’s LAN/WAN or ICT customers ensuring appropriate levels of security, and scalability requirements.- Administer Firewall BAUs to integrate with third-party vendors and build secure VPN connectivity between internal/External networks to assist in new products rollout and service support.- Manage and maintain Policy control elements like censorship, service creation, billing, traffic congestion management and security for Mobile traffic using Sandvine.
