Facilitated in ensuring seamless integration of Digicel’s existing Internet/IP and Data Infrastructure across the 5 Markets in providing an efficient, homogeneous, autonomous and secure environment.- Configured, deployed, upgraded and administered overall management of Digicel’s enterprise IP Core and IP Edge network.- Lead the successful software upgrades for Checkpoint Multi-domain Management server and Gateways from version R77.30 to R80.30 for Digicel Fiji, Tonga, Vanuatu, Hong Kong and Singapore.- Influenced migration of an EOL standalone deployment of Checkpoint Server by upgrading and migrating the R75.40 virtual standalone server to R80.30 Multi-domain environment with a HA-setup.- Examined and improved design of a layer two ICT customer Device Management network by deploying a Layer three point-to-point and point-to-multipoint IP network over MPLS using BGP Routing protocol. This solved occasional spanning tree loops and reduced downtime for ICT customers. Improving customer experience and meeting business SLA’s.- Oversaw day-to-day BAU (Configure/ Troubleshoot/ deploy) of IP networks for Digicel’s LAN/WAN or ICT customers ensuring appropriate levels of security, and scalability requirements.- Administer Firewall BAUs to integrate with third-party vendors and build secure VPN connectivity between internal/External networks to assist in new products rollout and service support.- Manage and maintain Policy control elements like censorship, service creation, billing, traffic congestion management and security for Mobile traffic using Sandvine.
