Customer Tribe and CAFU 2.0 Project Lead [Jan 2023 – Dec 2023] | Tripled the engineering team size from 30 to over 90 engineers, leading 8 squads (Fuel, Bolt, EV, Core Services, Payment, Retention, Growth, Website). Collaborated with product teams to define all business rules for rewriting CAFU’s entire tech stack—backend services, apps, and models—on the 2.0 Platform. Developed customer and pilot super apps from scratch, advancing CAFU's super app strategy. Instituted QBRs and aligned individual goals with the product roadmap, enhancing performance review alignment. EV Tribe Lead [Jan 2022 – Dec 2022] | Established and led a 30-engineer force, allocating 80% of current engineering capacity and hiring 100% more to drive CAFU’s strategic pivot to EV offerings and Canada expansion in alignment with IPO plans. Collaborated with Product & Business managers to define scope, user experience, and unit economics. Developed an initial POC for connected vehicle flow, leveraging vehicle location and battery charge level data for auto ordering. Architected EV Apps from scratch, serving as the cornerstone for CAFU TECH 2.0. Successfully delivered the EV project on schedule, setting the stage for future growth plans.

Apps Squad Lead | Spearheaded cross-functional teams across mobile, backend, QA, and delivery, driving the development of customer and pilot mobile apps. Led CAFU's transition to a multi-service platform, expanding offerings to include Carwash, Oil Change, Battery, Tyres, and Insurance. Grew the team from 5 to 16 engineers and restructured QA processes achieving a 99.7% crash-free rate. Introduced growth squad initiatives, enhancing user experience with features like Wallet, Deals, Promotions, Referral, Loyalty, and Rewards. Established a strong partnership with Apple, resulting in multiple features.

Built a B2B delivery and courier service "Survv". We delivered 500K+ orders in our first 6 months. Our tech stack​ involved Koltin for Server Side - Swift for iOS - MongoDB - Docker Containers - Travis CI. We practiced CI/CD - TDD - Clean Architecture - Kanban - SOLID - Microservices.

Lead the tech for a ride-sharing startup aiming to build an enterprise-level exclusive carpooling community. My responsibilities included leading the technology team and being in charge of the story analysis & planning pipeline. We practiced Swift - Kotlin - Rails - Amazon AWS - CI/CD - Reactive Programming - Clean Architecture - Scrum - SOLID.

Built a pregnancy tracker application with 1M+ active users. SuperMama is one of the leading female and family portals in the Arab World.

We worked with South-American clients building mobile apps promoting their products. We shipped some cool apps to Unilever, Xing and other international clients.

I started and grow the engineering & product team, we worked on the apps from brainstorming to UX, to development and shipping.I led a cross-team of developers, designers, and analysts. We did some cool apps we loved.
