•Managing business for Vestergaard Frandsen’s pan India INGO, CSR markets and Countries – Nepal and Lao PDR for vector product portfolio with sales amounting to 600,000 USD (approx. 3,72,00,000 INR)•Responsibilities include managing key international accounts viz. World Vision International, Save the Children Fund, Oxfam GB, MSF etc. at their respective HQs (in US, UK and Europe) with local support from our HQ.•Have been part of the innovative “Carbon for Water” program; an innovative PPP model with ‘carbon credits’ acting as the key mode of funding (stakeholders included Ministry of Health Government of Kenya, Gold Standard with carbon emissions being audited by JP Morgan Chase & Co.)•Have successfully executed projects involving CSR funds through PSU/Private partners – Aditya Birla Group., ACC Ltd., Adani Mining Pvt. Ltd., Indrani Patnaik•Developed Vestergaard Frandsen’s existing client portfolio while adding new international agencies viz. Compassion India, Lutheran India, 17 new Area Development Program offices under the World Vision International umbrella, Catholic Relief Services •Principally responsible for the operational part of the modules ‘Sales –Order Management’, ‘Stock Management’, ‘Customer Management’ and ‘SCM’ of the customized ERP software ‘Navision’ •Sole operational linkage between the key divisions of Public Health, Finance, Logistics and International Tender Management Group based in Lausanne (Switzerland) •Responsible for managing logistics for international advocacy related seminars/ conferences within & outside India. •Support the regional sales team in preparation of technical proposals for introduction of existing and new vector control tools in the region; also assist with the document preparation for all tender submissions.•Solely responsible for managing the local warehouse apart from managing a monthly Stock Management Report submitted to HQ
