CurrentIn my current role as a Manager I am working with businesses and their diverse stakeholders to integrate the principles of Corporate Social Responsibility within their internal business structure as well as executing social welfare projects for the community.1. Work range includes strategic planning, projects designing, mapping the diverse stakeholders and their roles, laying out the project deliverables, building implementation plan, coordinating at all phases of execution, defining tools of monitoring & evaluation and conceptualizing reports for accountability.2. My expertise lies not only conducting field research but also planning research strategy, drawing key findings and preparing blueprints of research studies.3. Involve in streamlining the Social Responsibility as per national and international mandates through policy documentation.4. Extensively working in developing and executing employee engagement methodology and projects for companies so as to enhance employees participation towards company's social vision5. Facilitating multi-stakeholder roundtable discussions on imperative issues such as sustainable agricultural practices, health & sanitation, skill development, education and employment generation.6. Building community communication and interaction tools such as training & workshops modules and surveys.
