• Implemented a low-cost VPN solution to improve information security and remote access with pfsense; backed-up electronic files with NAS (Network Attached Storage) with an automated back-up schedule to all domain users

• Requested outlook email credentials from Exchange server administrator and set up newly hired staff members’ email in their corresponding computers

• Assisted refugees understand road safety, public transportation systems within 48 hours of arrival; also escorted the refugees to the designated Manitoba health centre and Service Canada offices
• Coached over 40 clients on life skills in Canada such as shopping, laundry systems and non-chemical hygienic procedures
