Executive – Customer Experience to ensure that all UAE Central Bank regulations and AML policies andprocedures are being implemented in the daily operations of the branch. Review daily activity reports and evaluate the branch performance. Ensure that branch achieves business and operational goal.➢ Processes the transactions, i.e., foreign currency exchange, money transfers, of all kinds, andcollection of payments, inward remittance payments.➢ Adheres to the AML policies, regulatory requirements and other policies of the Company andaudit compliance of the Central Bank.➢ Transfers balanced cash collections to the Branch-in-charge and generates necessary closing reports.➢ Cross –sells the products and services.➢ Practices Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD).➢ Contribute in achieving or exceed the allocated sales targets for individual retail unit by offeringexcellence in customer services and Cross-selling the products & services.➢ Handling customers with different demographic without any biases on nationality, color, race and income.➢ Maintaining sound relationship with the customers.➢ Entertains the customers and meet their required services.➢ Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.➢ Daily transaction voucher checking, sorting, arranging
