I help to foster a positive community for living with special regard to student welfare, pastoral support through innovative programming and campaigns working with key stakeholders (such as Student Life, Student Wellbeing and KUSU).While living in the Halls site, I take an active role in the promotion of welfare and good behaviour. I also capture student feedback and act as a link between the University and its resident students.It has been a wonderful experience initiating projects and events on trends arising from student feedback and the sector to enhance the student experience within the Halls.

Peer Assisted Learning (PAL) is a system of student support used in a number of universities in the UK and worldwide, in which selected students support senior lecturers, and help fellow students to understand the academic content in more depth. After successfully helping my peers with their queries and working for their strong academic foundation, they have really appreciated me for achieving the highest grades possible.

Coordi is an online location-based platform that connects sports enthusiasts through a wide range of sports. - Developed the skill for addressing various business issues and had the ability to give an appropriate solution. - Managing the various business clients have helped to excel my communication skills. - Gained insights into effectively managing high level technical difficulty at the workplace and instantly giving solutions. - Using IT tools such as DTP software and MS Office package has helped me to deliver content for the marketing and further helping to promote the business.

While handling the product replacement department, I developed good interpersonal skills as I often communicated the faulty deliveries of networking products to various suppliers. This also helped me to coordinate well with the supplier team and further led to improve my business negotiation skills while also developing long-term relationships with the suppliers and customers.As a Marketing executive, it not only developed my technical knowledge about networking products but also enhanced my communication and verbal skills. In this role, there was a high level of usage with data handling software like spreadsheets for faulty recording of products that helped me in exceeding the targets and recovering huge stock loss.
