Current Ownership of the Visual Line Process which included facilitation of kickoff meetings between copy writers and marketers, monthly check-ins, and upload final handover to Content Services Portal. Supported re-invention of the VLP process by meeting with key stakeholders to consolidate feedback and provide a recommendation on how to improve the process YOY given commercial needs. Currently in phase of rolling out Line Reference Guide process and will continue to evaluate process with goal of fixing issues and improve efficiencies. Upload enhanced assets and PDP details such as safety text, age, product description, and key words to Helios, which feed the brand sites around the globe. Finance liaison between VPs, cost center managers, and finance partners to manage overall budget. Duties include monthly forecast recommendations, vendor management, high volume purchase orders in multiple countries, SAP / email approvals per vendor and project, and outside spend tracking Administrative assistant support to VP of Creative Development Studios and VP of Digital Merchandising and Marketing Operations Assist in onboarding of new temps, interns, and full-time employees by hardware, systems access, and facilities requests
