Current responsibilities are to oversee the day to day operations and implement the strategic and operational initiatives created for Cardinal to continue on its path of success.

-Providing clients with need based solutions, solving their inquiry by simplifying complex technical problems related to services like mobility, high speed internet, VOIP, voice and TV.-Identifying client’s technical needs and requirements in concern with network glitches, sales, billing, orders and a variety of other technical support to customize the solutions.-Educating and aiding the clients to improve technical handling of troubleshooting operations, and assisting them to implement well planned projects and designs with remote access.-Registering customer responses and inquiry in relation to technical issues and interpreting them to deal with the matters thoroughly with Customer Relationship Management software.-Building a strong partnership with client by communicating action plans and implementing feedback provided.

-Wide-ranging experience in embedded system design, implementation & testing and extensive experience in communication protocol library porting for Posix based RTOS.-Designed and implemented a BeagleBone based wireless medical gateway using Unison RTOS for industry partner RoweBots Research Limited, Waterloo. -Designed and developed the Local Transport Protocol Library for a Posix based OS which can be ported on any RTOS for the implementation of Medical Gateway.-Worked on various Bluetooth profiles and its implementations and specifically developed complete method of implementing Health Device Profile based on ISO/IEEE 11073 standard.-Designed mathematical wireframes in MS Excel to apply refined algorithms for the developed software, prepared project report documentation in Word, including requirements and developments to ensure quality.-Gathered information from multiple sources to evaluate the research design requirements; summarized the information to a general understanding and distinguished data through extensive data analysis and data segmentation.-Identified problems and resources to solve them, created theories and ideas to develop evaluations, set goals to achieve the purpose of the research in the stipulated timeline-Implemented database refresh using full export for table level and full database defragmentation, resulting improved performance and effective space management on Windows and SQL Servers.-Possess experience in analysis, designing, coding, testing and deployment of the project through programming; flexible & resourceful, using solid analytical, problem solving, organizational and planning skills to deliver short and long-term projects on time.

-Representing GSS at all the decision making committees of the University like the Senate, Academic Standing Committee, Academic Policy Committee and Program Development Committee.-Providing academic leadership and administering the academic affairs and student support services at University of Windsor.-Operated with the top level management of the University of Windsor for the Lancers Sports and Recreation Referendum representing all the graduate students.-Worked on a major project for Request for Proposal of the Drug and Dental plan for the graduate students; developing the plan in such a way that the benefits are maximized while the yearly cost is kept as low as possible.-Effectively worked with Green Shield Canada for the betterment of the current drug and dental plan of the GSS and collectively came out with the best potential deal which included all the major coverage for students at the cheapest possible rate.-Successfully organized all the major events and informative seminars for all the graduate students like GSS Annual Welcome BBQ, GSS Gala, GSS-IEEE Seminars and GSS Sports Carnival.-Efficiently empowered with the Canadian Federation of Students as the GSS executive representative for the progress of the students around the province and always putting forth the student views at all the meetings attended.

-Graduate Assistant for the fourth year electrical engineering course ' Fundamentals Of Digital Signal Processing' under Dr. Esam Abdel-Raheem at the University of Windsor from January 2015 to April 2015.-Graduate Assistant for the fourth year electrical engineering course 'EM Waves and Radiating Waves' assisting Dr. Rashid Rashidzadeh at the University of Windsor from May 2015 to August 2015.-Graduate Assistant for the first year engineering course 'Engineering & The Profession' assisting Dr. Leo Oriet at the University of Windsor from September 2015 to December 2015.-Performed the duties of a lab instructor for the above mentioned undergrad level courses. Also, assisted undergraduate students for their final year projects.-Provided support for all administrative and research tasks, such as scheduling meetings, assisting with the collection and management of study data, participating in weekly meetings and creating report and presentations when appropriate.-Worked with students from diverse backgrounds, handling sensitive and confidential information.

-Designed and executed complete interior electrical and automation project for the Green Building venture of Jindal Steel Works (JSW) headquarters.-Worked in coordination with various designing consultancies for the execution of the design intent by leading architects from Stantec-Canada and managed the project as the sole engineer on-site.-Collaborated and managed the JSW project working in best accordance with Siemens (Electrical and Automation), Lutron (Lighting), Bluestar (HVAC) and Stantec-Canada (Architects).-Monitored project scope, milestones, dependencies, costs and benefits through entire project lifecycles.-Analyzed and evaluated organization’s operations and procedures to offer recommendations based on findings; assisted in identifying issues, sorting solutions and implementing them.- Managed and controlled projects in multiple project environments, maintained close relationship with staff at all levels within the organization; actively shown qualities to provide leadership.-Worked as a member of a work-share team to assist Stantec-Canada’s client Enbridge Inc. for their Oil & Gas Pipeline designing project. -Emphasized on the International and North-American AutoCAD standards to edit schematics, design and inter-connection drawings for 146 stations and sub-stations of Canada.-Possess two years of enhanced experience with project management and consulting to clients’ needs and satisfaction.

-Worked as Technical Analyst for computer and internet data sharing issues for the clients.-Monitored the internet service providing server for 5 months continuously getting trained with the technical know-how of computers.-Managed complete resources through Tally ERP 9.0.
