Perform the full range of financial and business services for the Group including accounting, taxation, audit and external reporting.Key responsibilities reporting directly to the CFO: • Monthly balance sheet reconciliations, internal management reporting and variance analysis;• Financial aspects of HR, including payroll, superannuation and insurances;• Managing cash flow in line with budget, and preparation of cash flow forecasts;• Produce financial models to assist in business valuations and investment analysis;• Compliance with all local, state and federal tax lodgements across Australia and US;• Lead the Group’s year end audit requirements and ensure statutory compliance in respect of financial reporting and disclosures (AASB and IFRS); and• Risk evaluations and monitoring to ensure the Group operates with appropriate risk management and internal controls.
