My areas of expertise include consultative B2B sales, customer service, relationship building, cold calling and prospecting, large account management, client retention, presentations, and proposals.From 2008 - 2021, I worked for the Association of National Advertisers (ANA), the world’s largest trade association for marketing and advertising. I have worn many different hats and moved into numerous roles during my tenure with the ANA, beginning as a coordinator, moving up within the organization, and ultimately leading up to my most recent role as business development director. In 2015, I left for one year to work for the ASPCA as I am a huge animal lover and devoted to the cause. I returned to the ANA in 2016 and have served in my current role as Director of Business Development since 2018. In this role, I help connect B2B and B2C businesses with detailed and personalized resources to generate new business and increase engagement among their existing client base. I often serve as the go-to person when my peers and colleagues have questions, and I additionally thrive on representing the company on the front lines in a forward-facing client and customer service capacity. Due to my analysis and research skills, I use creative methods to find qualified leads and work closely with marketing and technical teams to acquire new partnerships, increase membership, and engage prospects. When I am not working, I am either taking a new class on my Peloton bike, binge-watching true crime shows, or running an obstacle course race.
