I am currently working at the Diplomatic Service of the European Union, focusing on Security and Defence policies. I specialize in international cooperation, with expertise in digitalization, space technologies, climate, and AI applications.My career has spanned Europe, West Africa, and the USA, where I have led EU initiatives in disruptive technologies, cybersecurity, climate change, and rural development.I have directed key programs such as Govsatcom, the development of federated nanosatellite systems, advancements in infrared critical technologies, research on space weather, AI-driven space robotic missions, and Earth Observation technologies and services for marine, land, and atmospheric monitoring.Holding a PhD in Space Engineering and Master's degrees in Space Sciences & Technology and Mathematics, I have contributed to major space missions, including the calibration and validation of oceanographic hyperspectral instrumentation and broadband radiometry.
