Inventory Support Specialist
CurrentAs an integral member of the Inventory Support team at Dealer Inspire, I play a crucial role in supporting the company by solving inventory related issues on our websites. My role involves delivering timely and precise solutions to our clients and ensuring that any issues are promptly addressed. I collaborate closely with internal teams, third-party partners, and clients to troubleshoot and resolve various challenges that may arise regarding inventory. In my day-to-day responsibilities, I extensively utilize Salesforce for customer relationship management, WordPress for website management, Dealer Management for data management, and Jira for issue tracking and project management. I also communicate regularly through Slack for team coordination and Salesforce for client interactions, ensuring efficient and effective communication across all channels.
