I am a motivated and enthusiastic person with excellent communication, interpersonal skills. I enjoy working with others to achieve results on time and on budget whilst maintaining a strong sense of personal integrity in my day to day life at work as well as in my social life. As a professional I strive for the highest standards in whatever I do by keeping up with current education, professional development and furthering my own knowledge and skills through reading. This is in addition to staying active, participating in voluntary activities with the Scout and Guide associations. I love being outdoors whether hiking, camping or just being in nature. Having spent 16 years in education supporting children and young people and am passionate about my current role where I am striving to allow young people across Derby and Derbyshire to have their voices heard on all matters of mental health and wellbeing.
