In this role I was responsible for the creation and implementation of customer service policy, leading to a 5 out of 5 score from customers on Facebook at time of closing. I also lead my team to several Chamber of Commerce Business Awards nominations, including the Customer Service Excellence and Community Involvement categories. I created and maintained company presence on social media platforms, which included photography, writing ad copy and engaging followers with a friendly and approachable demeanor. I also employed encyclopedic product and fit knowledge to match customers with products. My skills in inventory management came into play as I preserved stock levels, ordered products and researched new items. I set up and tended to point of sale and special order systems, completing basic tech support and troubleshooting. I managed employees and worked as part of a team to conquer problems and complete day-to-day duties. But perhaps most importantly, I cultivated positive encounters and relationships with hundreds of customers.
