Accomplishments I landed the new automation system which has changed how my colleagues load the vehicles. The company has invested £3.5 million into the new system and I impacted the decisions made it how the system works by holding listening groups with my colleagues and the engineers working on the new system.

Responsibilities I was the manager of 250 colleagues whose responsibilities were to pick and pack customers shopping on time. My responsibility was to drive this team of colleagues every day in order to achieve the pick rate target. I had to keep on top of the weekly rota and ensure holiday allowance would not affect the picking and customers shopping would be satisfied day to day. Any colleagues who would drop below the target pick rate, I would have to performance manage them by holding weekly meetings with them and give them additional training if this was necessary. Accomplishments I was a part of the team who opened the 3rd Home Shopping centre in the country for ASDA. I was one of the managers who were responsible for recruiting over 400 brand new to the business colleagues and training them.
