I lead the Automotive Centre of Excellence team in reaching their compliance and quality requirements, through our continuous improvement strategy. The role includes day to day management of the Blended Learning Team who are dedicated to improving our online resources. We manage; Moodle content rebuild, strengthening assessment evidence and validity capture and retention systems. Digital design, continuous improvement, industry engagement and validation. Supporting teacher matrices, Training & Assesssment Strategies and scope applications and all the other fun stuff that is RTO compliance.
