The Senior Director, Professional Development & Quality is responsible for the training, quality assurance and certification of all BELL partners. The Senior Director is critical to building the capability of BELL’s partners to ensure that they achieve the desired impact and program fidelity—realizing a powerful, consistent BELL Experience for all Scholars. The National Senior Director of Partnership Implementation monitors and supports program operations, partnership interactions, and offers technical assistance including collaborating with the BELL HQ team members to support all educational program offerings (summer and after school).
