Hello!I am a recent anthropology graduate from the University of South Florida, with a passion for understanding people and cultures. With a focus on community building and problem-solving, I excel in working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. My undergraduate degree in Anthropology has equipped me with a broad range of skills, from cultural awareness and community building to problem-solving and initiative. I am also proficient at planning long-term projects, gathering and organizing data, assessing results, and writing critically. My previous work experiences have provided me with exposure to various fields, including forensic labs, hotels, golf courses, retail stores, and research projects. Through my independent research and volunteer work at the University of South Florida Forensic Lab, I developed skills in planning long-term projects, drafting research subjects, writing grant proposals, assessing results, and maintaining careful records. A bilingual speaker (EN-ES), I am also adept at gathering and organizing data, explaining complex ideas, interviewing different populations, understanding group dynamics, and recognizing cultural differences and similarities. My goal is to pursue a master's degree in forensic or biological anthropology, and I am eager to gain experience in any field that relates to my passions. Whether it be in a museum, social work, forensic lab, or any other industry that values cultural understanding and scientific rigor, I am excited to take on new challenges and grow professionally. As a dedicated and knowledgeable professional, I am excited about the next step in my career and eager to apply my skills and expertise to make a positive impact. For any information or queries, drop me an email at couretmelanie@yahoo.com.
