Work on day to day service operations for Protection 1 Core commercial accounts, National accounts & Local Key accounts. Responsible for scheduling all service calls in the Local Los Angeles area ( branch # 11240 & 11241) with 12 service tech and 3 install techs. the approximate service calls being between 75 -120 per day.Ensured that all parts , lifts, and contract work has been completed before scheduling a visit for the service technician. Review all pending service accounts that didn't close on the original scheduled service call day, to see what is need in order to close the call. Scheduled all monthly National site surveys, Fire Inspection, and Maintenance inspections. Upload all Fire inspections, National site surveys and Maintenance inspection reports as well as supporting documents to Doc Portal & Mastermind business for Nationals approval.Submit to billing department all subcontractor billing for service calls and installations for payment.Close all service calls that are completed through out the day to ensure the policy of same day service is executed.Scheduled all truck maintenance and truck inventory dates for all service vehicles.Answer all customer service phone call for immediate assistance.Organized and created files for all hard copy documents pertaining to fire plans, subcontractor billing, fire inspections reports, site surveys, maintenance inspections, truck inventory, etc.

Inspected fire alarm systems in the greater Orange County area. Scheduled appointments with the operations manager or upper management of various corporations. Coordinated all quarterly, semi-annually and annual fire inspections. Inspected PIV's, OS&Y's, Fire Sprinklers, Manuel pull stations, smoke detectors, Annunciators & Control Panel for proper voltage and working conditions. Submitted reports to the client, Greater Alarm Co. and City of each inspection. Service the fire system if there is a trouble condition or rescheduled service when needed.
