Providing and maintaining a very high level of customer service and building a rapport with clients is essential for this role. I have undertaken and continue to maintain a structured and in depth learning program to ensure a wide range of knowledge about the new and existing products or services the CII offer. This enables me to fully support and the manage a variety of client qualification requests. Additional skills: • Handling email communication via a designated inbox that is monitored daily with response times dictated by SLA agreements for Key Account customers. • Inbound and outbound telephone communication for the Key Accounts team whilst also assisting the CII call centre team when required.• Training of other team members and new starters.
