Capital Purchasing & USA Drilling PurchaserManaged multiple capital projects; this included vetting vendors and their bids, maintaining budgets by working closely with the Project managers, managing timelines, milestone payments as well as working with document control to ensure proper certifications were met. Also worked very closely with the engineers to ensure specs were met and possible cost saving options were thoroughly investigated. Seeing multiple rigs through to completion was quite a highlight for me at Savanna. Currently I manage procurement needs for drilling rigs in the US, including weekly requisitions, as well as day to day maintenance issues and oil/lube deliveries. Relocated to Savannah for 2 years & Phoenix for 6 months to be an integral part of the development of two brand new DIRTT factories. Served as mentor to junior team members.
