I build and improve learning programs using my classroom experience to support the development of staff. I do this by partnering with colleagues and technical resources to take initiatives through the full lifecycle. I have played a key role in launching new programs and learning initiatives at the site and enterprise levels. I do this with a passion for igniting the potential in people by engaging them in the content.I have worked across the entire L&D program lifecycle. I thrive where I can collaborate with people to coordinate the delivery of the learning programs.
