In addition I was the Hazard Management System Coordinator for a Fast Jet platform, embedded within the customer’s organisation, acting as the key point of contact for all hazard management issues and correspondence. I was also responsible for maintaining business procedures applicable to hazard management and I was the focal point for the hazard management system and Cassandra training. Responsibilities also included the day to day maintenance, updating and running of the hazard log.
