As a Manager I am responsible for the daily operations of the store including rostering, team task delegation, customer problem solving and KPI monitoring. I lead by example and am responsible for delivering and maintaining outstanding team standards in the following areas:▪ Customer service – providing solutions and in-store experiences that inspire our customers to live their passion▪ Merchandising – increasing store sales through having a well presented store and good inventory management▪ Teamwork – achieving store goals together through guiding and supporting team▪ Product knowledge – providing expert advice on a great range of products and brands▪ Team management & development – recruiting and developing team members to realise their potential▪ Maximise business opportunities - ensuring sales activities align with marketing strategy▪ Reporting – budget, financial and sales management
