Responsible for originating and renewing mortgages by working directly with clients. Assisting existing clients with refinances and helping to retain clients by working with them at renewal. Help assist with service-related transactions such as ports, assumptions and title transfers.

o Build and maintain relationships with brokers on a daily basis in order to assist in the origination of new mortgages.o Execute sales and training strategies to ensure business objectives are met.o Maintain knowledge of products and guidelines.o Provide brokers with proper training by keeping them updated and informed about products and current changes.o Support underwriters with current deals by following up with brokers and helping with any escalations or broker inquiries. o Keeping reporting up to date and updating system as required.o Setting annual goals and targets and working towards achieving them.
