A regional role working alongside a Head Coach, leading 36 store managers and their teams managing all HR issues, recruitment, coaching and succession planning. Effectively responding to business change and market influences driving results and exceeding KPIs and targets whilst running regional and companywide sales incentives. Recognised for being the top performing region for quarter 3 and 4 FY19/20, exceeding sales targets and achieving 5% sales growth vs previous year over Christmas 2019.Responsible for learning, development and training across the region, delivering a consistent, comprehensive and engaging training program, responsive to the regional needs from service and sales through to Management and Leadership. Achieved a 99% engagement score for ‘classroom’ training based on attendee’s feedback.

Responsible for the running and management of my store and team including recruiting, training and leading the people, stock control, serving customers, achieving targets and driving sales. In addition I took responsibility for delivering training and the induction of new starters, supporting other stores in the region and the Regional Coach.

Working as part of a Neighbourhood Policing Team, daily duties include attending initial reports of incidents and crime, maintaining public order at events and demonstrations and conducting detailed investigations into criminal offences, involving taking witness statements, gathering evidence, interviewing suspects and preparing evidential files for court.

As a Mortgage specialist for Woolwich Mortgages, products of Barclays Bank, my role involved speaking to customers over the phone and taking them through the detailed mortgage application whilst assessing their requirements and selling insurance products always ensuring compliance with financial service regulations.

A Personal Loan advisor for Northern Rock, my role involved taking inbound calls from customers wishing apply for personal finance. I was responsible for processing applications for new lending along with dealing with existing customers enquiries and making recommendations of insurance products in order to reach and exceed sales targets.
