About Melanie Moffatt

I’ve always been curious about how we can unlock our human potential (at home, work, and play) by nurturing our mental and physical well-being. Leaving behind my senior leadership career in the travel and aviation industry, I decided to try to find some of the answers. I retrained as a nutritionist and corporate health specialist. This was the start of my new journey to learn how to cultivate healthier bodies and happier minds and create thriving workplaces. Over the last 15 years, I have started my own business, worked as a clinical nutritionist and am a published health writer. In my role at Medibank, I've had the privilege of collaborating with various industries to develop proactive and preventative health solutions at scale with a focus on chronic disease prevention and psychologically safe workplaces.
