As the Data Services Coordinator, I support the prospect management, gift processing, social media, email marketing, database management, and operation needs of the Arnold & Winnie Palmer Foundation. I've established priorities including: generating solicitation and acknowledgement letters, donor reports, and responding to donor inquiries across a variety.

Orlando, Florida Area

• Oversee the donor database (Raiser’s Edge), manage gift acknowledgement process, conduct donor prospect research and provide administrative support to the Development team
• Manage the online fundraising and marketing software (Luminate Online), it’s integration with the Raiser’s Edge, and email marketing planning and execution
• Work with several third-party credit card processors to ensure accuracy of donor financial data
• Oversee various data related cleanup projects within several computer systems
• Analyze internal and external data and recommend solicitation strategies based on trends

• Worked closely with the CEO and management to coordinate and fulfill hard copy mailings to donors, board members and other potential contacts.
• Handled a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and balanced working inde-pendently and in a team environment.
• Maintained database (Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge) support and prepared queries, reports and mailings.
• Prioritized and managed multiple projects simultaneously, and followed through on assignments in a timely manner.
• Assisted Development/Marketing team members with fundraising event and third-party partnership projects.

• Oversaw the development department’s accounting process and reconciliation for monetary gifts.
• Responsible for Raiser’s Edge reports, donor acknowledgements and provided administrative and technical support to the Development team.
• Responsible for data integrity while data was imported into Raiser’s Edge from third party applications.
• Managed monthly giving program and steward more than 1,400 sustaining donors.
• Served as backup for tribute and vehicle donation program. Provided excellent customer service to constituents, volunteers, and external stakeholders.
