Center for Digital Agriculture (CDA) - Key member in project initiation for AIFARMS; NSF AI Institute $20M award- Develop documentation for awards over $3M for tracking, communication and budgeting- Development of goals and management plans in collaboration with PIs for AIFARMS - Work closely with CDA leadership to guide direction of the Center - Work with Executive Director to establish yearly goals and objectives - Liaison between project staff and stakeholders on Center objectives, goals, milestones, and accomplishments - Develop yearly reports for NCSA leadership and project stakeholders- Document action items and follow-up notes during weekly meetings- Work closely with project staff to drive progress towards project goals, including budgeting, planning, resourcing, workflow, tracking and reporting- Create timelines and drive execution of task- Monitor assigned action items to ensure progress towards project goals- Provide project status update during weekly CDA meetings and to engage with external collaborators as needed- Analyze monthly budgets for expenditures and forecasting - Serve as primary contact for the Center - Ensure milestones for projects are being met and align with project objectives - Maintain website updates and marketing materials- Develop bi-annual newsletter- Work with CDA affiliates to develop and submit proposals - Maintain CDA proposal database- Work closely with PI and Business Office in post-award managementManage external engagement activities; Industry Conference, Faculty Workshop, Illinois Autonomous Farm Workshop
