Responsible forRecruitment , Training and development and compliance within the store of approx 550 staff• Reporting to the Store Manager. • Deliver a safe & legal store by ensuring compliance through delivery of all legal routines including Health & Safety, Price Integrity, Alcohol Legalities.• Manage People & Payroll routines to ensure Employment & Right to Work compliance. • Deliver the Managing the Law Audit through regular checks on Health and Food Safety. • Track all people KPIs, training, legal refresher training, development reviews and Team 5.• Manage the stores Payroll Budget. • Reviewing accident trends and put plans in place to address issues.BAKERY MANAGER – SCRATCH BAKERYProducing from scratch using production planning tools to ensure full range and availability throughout the day of freshly baked products for our customers whilst controlling cost lines such as waste and shrink. Delivering yields, sales and a high standard of Customer Service to ensure customer loyalty. Looking after our colleagues through review, development and morale.
