CurrentMy role at Middle West Spirits continues to evolve focusing on business operations process development/improvement, project management, forecasting and data analytics. • Collaborate with both internal stakeholders as well as Partners to develop and successfully executeprojects based on internal strategy and/or final executed Partner contracts.• Lead cross-functional teams to identify process issues, recommend improvements, develop necessaryimplementation plan and execute with team.• Develop continuous improvement processes and associated metrics for accountability and KPIanalytics.• Lead benchmarking efforts to understand how data is utilized to support continued strategic growthand improvement.• Learn data sets and develop comprehensive analysis, data models, and visualizations to assist instrategic decision-making across the organization.• Act as a Data Steward to support a comprehensive, continuous and cross-functional understanding of“The State of Operations” within the organization.• Manage operational scheduling in conjunction with Distillery, Barreling and Bottling team leads
