With over 14 years of event experience, I have the knowledge, commitment and strategic ability to drive events forward, bringing growth, revenue and reputation.Having spent the majority of my events career in operations and management, I am well equipped to know how to run events enabling them to be the very best they can be.I have sold events to both delegates and sponsors, and have spent a number of years writing strategies to grow events organically where viable, and looking at other options such as launches or mergers and acquisitions where essential.I have spent time bidding, writing tenders and business plans, presenting ideas to Boards of Directors and planning to best ways to increase a customer base.
