Provide first level response to clients with software issues, including creating support tickets, triage and routing of tickets to correct software support staff. Gather metrics related to implementation and support issues. Primary liaison for client communications. Support marketing and sales team with special projects, trade shows and conferences. Update client records, and purchase orders within CRM assuring accurate billing.

Perform all administrative support duties for entire company. Answer & direct incoming calls, greet and assist site visitors, prepare travel arrangements and expense reports. Responsible for the printing, binding, and shipping of all client facing documents and marketing materials. Organize annual tradeshows, and special events throughout the year, managing all logistics, catering, lodging, and presentation needs.
