Director Of Financial Operations
CurrentI work as an integral member of the Rovia finance department maintaining the day-to-day financial operations in such a way that improves efficiencies, enhances quality, reduces cost and increases profitability. • Drives internal and external financial reporting, financial strategy and decision making processes, including weekly KPI reporting to the Board of Directors.• Acts as system administrator for the clinical trials management software (CTMS), including trial set up, invoicing, preparing/distributing provider payments, overseeing patient stipend payments, and troubleshooting issues with research staff.• Maintains accounts receivable records, reconciles payments from sponsors, produces monthly financial reports, and investigates and resolves any irregularities.• Partners with cross-functional teams to evaluate strategic initiatives, including new business opportunities, customer engagements and site acquisitions.• Provides financial expertise and insights to aid negotiations, integration planning, and post-acquisition performance monitoring.• Enhances and implements systems, processes and tools for greater efficiency across all business units.
