I was responsible for all internal and external development and grew the school from 75 students to its maximum capacity of 440 students with over 100 students on a waitlist. I developed and oversaw a multi-year communication plan, directed customer service and customer retention plans, managed all marketing and advertising, led the parent PTA volunteer program, and helped create an alumni association. I represented the school externally to media, business partners, community leaders, and funding organizations. I also helped develop an internship program to immerse senior students in interested careers in the community and connected over 100 community volunteers to judge our annual Senior Project.

In addition to mastering the art of sales and contract negotiation, I recruited, trained and developed a team of sales agents and administrative staff and helped create a successful sales team at Remax - The Bargar Team. We earned national sales awards between 2004 and 2008 in a highly competitive real estate market. In 2009, we opened Bargar Realty and I maintained co-ownership of the company for a year.

In this direct sales role, I successfully grew my business through award-winning sales and a productive sales team. As a Director, I recruited, trained, and mentored sales agents to reach their personal sales goals. In 2002, I moved my business to another state and successfully ran it until 2004.
