Recruit IT professionals including Project Managers, System Administrators, Java Developers, etc. Consultative recruitment and placement for IT and professional positions.

• Develops recruitment strategies and processes to attract and select quality candidates to achieve the growth strategy of the organization.
• Leads company hires for the national footprint in 2012
• Recruits talent in the Lexington market to be TQL’s leader in revenue growth and retention
• Selects, develops, and manages a high-producing team of sales recruiters.
• Meets with other supervisors and executives to develop specific recruiting plans.
• Develops and maintains professional relationships with college placement offices, professors, coaches, and industry contacts to generate qualified applicants.

• Develops and implements marketing plans to achieve graduate employment goals.
• Serves as a member of the school’s Advisory Committee.
• Organizes and sets the Career Services Program annually.
• Oversees training and development of the Career Services staff.
• Develops and maintains systems used to identify employment opportunities for students.
• Assists graduates in securing employment in their field of study.
