I'm a champion of other people and a vivid storyteller. However, I am terrible at promoting myself. I've been told I'm far too humble. So this is me trying to step outside of my humble box to tell you more about myself.I started my career in CRE, which was especially challenging during the pandemic, but I had to innovate and keep properties alive. I had very minimal budget, but through reaching out and collaborating with others, I was able to bring exciting programming to my property, the crowning glory being the interactive holiday selfie museum I brought to Carriage Crossing with the help of Memphis Escape Rooms. Most trucking companies have a marketing department. I am one person, but somehow I manage to be the social media manager, graphic designer, filmmaker, video production specialist, content marketing manager, SEO specialist, brand manager, digital marketing manager, and any other title you can pack into a marketing department. And I do all those things really well, on time, and exceed expectations.When I joined Ozark, I saw an opportunity to enhance our digital presence and brand consistency, which led to a complete overhaul of the social media and the creation of brand standards. Within six months, social media was popping. In a year we were redesigning the driver website to better fit our brand and to give us a soft refresh. We now have vastly improved organic SEO rankings thanks to my social media efforts, which means we're getting more bang for our buck with paid SEO. We have a more recognizable brand image thanks to my efforts to keep us consistent. We have more driver engagement and involvement thanks to my willingness to share their stories, put them in the spotlight, and create programming for them.I excel in cross-departmental collaboration, producing engaging content that supports various teams and drives organizational goals.
