OUR MISSIONTo bridge communities with schools in providing basic needs, removing barriers, and seeking equity for students so they can engage and succeed in school and life. Neighborhood Bridges is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that was launched in January of 2017 to respond to the growing rate of poverty in suburban and rural America.We use technology and social media to advocate for children and families in need...and then engage the community via a "campaign for kindness" to fill those needs.Neighborhood Bridges is about kindness...speed...efficiency...and bridging all community resources to drive direct support and care to remove barriers for children/families in need.Year after year, neighborhood bridges has received the Gold Seal of Approval from national charity watchdog, GuideStar, because of our continued transparency and annual administrative overhead costs of 5% or less.

A non-profit we started, basically we are a KIND clearinghouse for “good stuff” for our local community! It started as COVID lockdown project for my family when we were all bored to tears and we started cleaning out our garages and basements but didn’t know what to do with the “good stuff”? We wanted to keep it out of the landfill so our family started hunting down places to take our good stuff to get it to people in need and all our friends wanted us to take theirs with us too and Be Kind Harrison was born. "Helping people help people"!We help collect your good stuff and get it to people in need.
