- Responsible for the management of the daily calendars of executives & department managers, across multiple companies/industries. - Arrange calls and meeting agendas, coordinate meetings, and conferences while making sure all details are handled in a clear and organized manner.- Coordinate follow-up tasks to ensure meeting/project tasks are followed through before deadlines.- Handle personal details for executives (i.e. grocery delivery, ordering gifts, booking appointments, etc)- Assist with monitoring of inbox and emails, including responding to customers, partners, other contractors, and business contacts.- Manage the employee life cycle such as: recruiting, onboarding, and training for 10+ new employees. - Build, improve and maintain People Operations policies for all teams. - Formalized the system for expense tracking that provides up-to-date company expenditures to senior-level management.- Develop and implement process improvements.- Create detailed and reusable SOPs.- Create and facilitate Learning & Development programs - Help to work on uploading blog posts, updating old blog posts, and formatting newsletters.- Create easily readable/actionable digests of information to report to executive.- Book all travel arrangements, including lodging, transportation, and activities, both within the United States and internationally.- Research and be the point person for service providers for projects.
