My primary focus is the operations of the school including, but not limited to:-ensuring all child files are accurate according to state guidelines-accuracy of child and family data in the Procare Solutions system-processing and overseeing all tuition transactions and ARs in the Procare system-onboarding new staff in our HRIS system, Paycom -Monthly audits of children's emergency medications on file-Overview of staff timesheets for payroll purposes In this role I have gained experience in:-Managing the operations of 2 schools, with some remote work-Microsoft Teams and Zoom meetings and virtual calls and file sharing-HRIS systems such as Paycom-Childcare management systems such as CCM, Tadpoles, 360 Connect, and Procare Solutions-Working with Franchise Owners on a monthly budgets and spending reports I have been recognized for:-Inheriting a high amount of ARs and financial errors in the tuition system and correcting, collecting, and cleaning up the system within my first year-Attention to detail and being a quick learner-Stepping in any time in the Director's absence-Creating new systems to improve efficiency and accuracy within our schools-Flexibility, reliability, and being an integral part of the management team

I held many roles at Sams Club starting as a cashier and quickly working my way up to a Front End Supervisor. As a supervisor, I learned many areas of the store including Membership Desk, Jewelry, Auditing and Claims, and stocking. During the final 2 years of my career there, I was an accounting associate.
