• Utilize networking opportunities in the area to familiarize Tycor’s brand, establish significant industry relationships and generate targeted leads for new business• Acquire the roles of marketing, coordinating, planning and executing events including webinars, business builders and signature occasions- booking speakers, coordinating travel logistics and effectively communicating with third-party vendors• Implements an efficient system with direct mail/social media campaigns marketing the events • Manages the marketing database, social media accounts and event registrations

I was responsible for providing a standard of excellent service to internal and external guests and staff by assisting with the administrative support and day-to-day operations of the Event Operations Department – Guest Services, Event Operations, and Security. I assisted in the collection, input and documentation of all required employee information for part time event staff. I helped the coordinators with the management of employee uniforms/equipment and id-badges and maintained accurate records. I assisted in coordination under Coordinators for the Employee Check-In area and uniform pick-up area. Helped with communications to Game Day Staff in preparation for Event Days. Helped with with preparation of training materials for Game Day Staff Trainings as well as the execution. I assisted with preparation of stadium collateral materials. I assisted with Guest Services Function as it pertains to Lost & Found, Flag Flying, etc. I promptly responded to comments received from our guests in writing or over the telephone. I documented guest contacts in GoalPost, the computerized database system used. I assisted with the preparation of event materials for stadium events. I also served as the event manager for special events as assigned.

I assisted the Executive Director with day-to-day activities including the following:-executed communication from the executive office to all of the Philadelphia Hotel management and the allied members of GPHA-created, updated, and maintained the GPHA website, newsletter, and surveys for feedback-reached out to local restaurants and other organizations to ask for donations to be used for events held for all of the members in the city-helped out with the preparation, execution, and wrapping up of events
